This class is aimed to help you start your day with gentle movement and mindfulness. Rise and Release is great for all levels. This is a trauma informed class.
Sculpt in the Heat
This class blends the best of yoga and Pilates, offering a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It combines yoga’s focus on breath, balance, and meditation and with Pilates’ emphasis on core strength, posture, and stability all within a warm room. Expect a flowing sequence of movements to improve flexibility, build lean muscle, and enhance body awareness. Soul FLow
Soul Flow is a gentle, yet dynamic class that blends standing and seated postures with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Vinyasa Flow 1-2
This flow-based Level 1-2 yoga class is designed to balance breathwork with moderate-moving vinyasas (posture sequences), slow stretches, and a final relaxation in savasana.
We’ll focus on postures that counterbalance everyday actions, such as long periods of sitting or computer work, creating healing heat in the body and encouraging blood flow.
The Vinyasa practice becomes a mindful, moving meditation that builds strength, freedom, and a sense of liberation, while realigning the mind, body, and spirit connection.
