Join us for a transformative workshop that embraces movement, mindfulness, and community to support the grieving process. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore how the body, mind, and soul navigate loss and healing.

This all-levels experience begins with a grounding sound bowl meditation, followed by a brief journaling session—please bring a notebook and pen. We’ll then transition into movement inspired by the four elements—earth, water, fire, and air—starting gently on the floor and gradually rising to standing.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement, and please avoid street shoes in the studio. Whether you’re new to movement or experienced, this workshop welcomes you to explore, heal, and reconnect in your own way.
