Studio A is the 1,200 sq ft main yoga studio for Crenshaw Yoga & Dance. Classes are scheduled every day of the week, but the space can be used for off-site rentals and film productions when classes are not going on. It is great for small gatherings, private classes, or breakout sessions. The max capacity is 30 people.

Cushioned wooden dance floor with full air conditioning system and surround sound system. One full wall mirror on one side with a beautiful wall design on the opposite side providing a clean and calm atmosphere. Two restroom are included in the studio.

Studio B features a 2,260 sq ft dance studio space with a bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. It is perfect for parties, events, workshops, rehearsals, filming, and more. With professional sprung dance floors and 23 ft high bow truss ceilings, this warehouse was transformed into the perfect industrial dance and event space.

Studio C is a 3,000 sq. ft. studio space featuring a front stage (220 sq. ft.), screen/projector, sound system, and disco light. Like Studio C has professional sprung dance floors and 23 ft. high bow truss ceilings which allow for a spacious setup to design your event or workshop however you like. It’s a great space for filming, retreats, parties, events, meetings, and more.

High ceiling with 3 skylight windows. 8 large windows that provide space with ample natural light. 220 sq. ft. stage. Baby grand piano. Roll up video screen and projector. Surround sound system with wireless microphone. One wall of full length wall mirrors.

FAQs
General rules
We ask that you kindly observe the following rental rules:
- Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up
- All materials you bring in must leave with you, and the space must be returned to the way you found it (furniture returned to its proper place, etc.)
- We require that guests notify us of any damage
- We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items
- No loud music after 12am
- No use of outdoor spaces without written permission from owner
- No smoking allowed
- No pets allowed
- Alcohol may be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits
- You may decorate the space as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use.
- All trash must be in trash bags and tied. Please place trash bags in bin outside at the end of your booking.
- Hours of operation are typically 6 am to 12 midnight.
- CYD won’t bump or cancel bookings unless there is a studio buyout. In such cases, we will work closely with each client to help relocate. We will also alert clients to such situations with as much advance notice as possible.
