Yes. Although we  recommend that you reserve your spot online prior to coming to class to ensure a spot since space is limited.

• Check-in with a Front desk staff 

It’s always best practice to reserve your spot online, but if you have to cancel your reservation please return to Momence and cancel online.  You must cancel online 2 hours before the scheduled class.   Or call and leave a message 2 hours before the class that you would like to cancel.

Be comfortable! Wear anything that you feel good moving around in.

For Yoga

• Athletic wear
• Bare foot or wear socks

For Dance

• Athletic wear
• Sneakers or “dance” shoes

Towel- Yes, because you can get sweaty with all the movement you will be doing.

Water- Yes, it’s good to stay hydrated.  

Yoga mat- It’s not required, but many like to bring their own.  If not or you forget, we have you can borrow.  

• Share the space/floor.  No one has “A SPOT” at CYD.
• Silence cell phones and electronic devices.
• Be on time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter class for your safety and the respect of the class/instructor.
• Wear the proper fitness attire for the style of yoga and dance you are taking.
• No gum in the studio.
• Crenshaw Yoga & Dance will not tolerate studens that are rude, insulting, or offensive to the staff and/or fellow dancers.  If a negative interaction(s) occur, you may/will be asked to leave our premises.

The dance instructor can cancel class with a class attendance of less than 3 dancers.

Crenshaw Yoga and Dance are in the process of reimagining the Kids Program.  Look out for classes Fall 2023.
